The first four issues and #12 are regular-sized issues, and the rest are digest-sized - #'s 10 and 11 being 'tall' digest-sized issues.
The dates are my guesstimates based on the data to hand, and are open to revision.
Some of the issues are recycled printings. #6 is a reprint of #1, and #12 is a reprint of #2. #2 was also reissued as Kung Fu Master #NN and #1 was reissued as Martial Arts Action #NN. There may be more retitled reprints to be uncovered.
