Morlock 2001: The Gredown editions

 Gredown's Morlock 2001 #1 was published c.January 1976:

The cover art is likely by Phil Belbin and is adapted from the cover of Seaboard's Morlock 2001 #1

The floating head of Morlock is probably associated with panels in which he appears on city screens.
The contents:

The Coming of Morlock!, originally published in Morlock 2001 #1, February 1975
Morlock Must Be Destroyed!, originally published in Morlock 2001 #2, April 1975
Then Came the Midnight Man, originally published in Morlock 2001 #3, July 1975
Minotaur, originally published in The Many Ghosts of Doctor Graves #59, October 1976
Operation: Rotten Apple, originally published in E-Man #1, October 1973

The three Morlock features in this issue comprise the complete run of the feature from the 1975 series.

Gredown recycled this issue a few years later towards the end of their tenure as an unnumbered edition with a $1.00 cover price:

By this time the Adult rating was no longer required, and 68 pages was not something to boast about. Also note the second edition has a distinct purple tone compared to the blue on #1.
