When The Lawgiver Returns... is a 23-page chapter. There are 22 pages in the Newton edition. Sort of. The missing page is printed after City of Nomads. It should be page 17 in this Newton edition. Page 17 is a letter column.

Outlines of Tomorrow is a non-comics feature. The original issue has this feature interrupted by a comics feature and continued towards the end of the magazine, ending on a double-page spread. It appears this was the intention. The Newton print is not interrupted in this manner, but it nevertheless does not manage to incorporate the required double-page spread in this instance.
