Some sources cite Steve Ditko as the original cover artist. The original cover is signed by Rocke Mastroserio, but the signature is omitted from this cover.
The Ditko story from Robin Hood #38 is not included in this issue, it appears in All Star #2. This issue features six other Ditko stories, five of which are from Strange Suspense Stories #39, November 1958. I don't know all the contents of Strange Suspense Stories #39, but I expect this is all the Ditko content from that issue.
I have identified credits and original appearances of many of the stories via various online sources, but there is some information still missing. For some stories I have noted subsequent reprints as they may contain some information regarding the original publication. I've also included page counts for some stories to help identify them. I've noted the source of one story is TBC.
